This document summarizes 103 responses from individuals across MnDOT as they reflect on MnDOT's asset management practices. The survey questions fall into eight areas: Agency Goals and Objectives; Asset Management Practices; Planning, Programming and Project Delivery; Data Management; Information Systems; Transparency and Outreach; Results; and Workforce Capacity and Development. The summary highlights the areas where practitioners desire the greatest improvement.
